Ingredients:
2 cups Glutinous Rice, washed
10 cups Water
6 tablespoons Cocoa Powder dissolved in 1 cup water
1 can Condensed Milk
1/4 cup Sugar
1 tablespoon Instant Coffee(Optional), dissolved with the cocoa powder
pinch of salt
10 cups Water
6 tablespoons Cocoa Powder dissolved in 1 cup water
1 can Condensed Milk
1/4 cup Sugar
1 tablespoon Instant Coffee(Optional), dissolved with the cocoa powder
pinch of salt
How to cook:
- Boil the water and add the glutinous rice.
- Cook for 10 - 15 minutes until the rice has fully absorbed the water, mixing occasionally.
- Add the dissolved cocoa powder, instant coffee, condensed milk, sugar and pinch of salt.
- Cook for 5 minutes or until everything is thoroughly mixed. Add a little water if the mix is too thick.
- Serve hot with Tuyo.
